Unboxing Video Requirement
- Mandatory for All Returns and Refunds: To process a return or refund, an unboxing video is required. The video must clearly show the jewelry being unpacked, as well as the condition of the item upon arrival.
- Video Guidelines: The unboxing video should capture the packaging, the item, and any visible damage or defects. This video will be essential to verify the claim.
- Purpose: The video serves as proof of the condition of the item when received, ensuring that any damage or issues are documented and verified.
Unique, One-of-a-Kind Jewelry
- Exclusive Pieces: Each piece of jewelry at Rubinoo is crafted as a one-of-a-kind design. We only make one piece per design to ensure you own a unique creation.
- Natural Variations: Since our jewelry is handcrafted, slight variations in shape, colour, and finish are natural. These small imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of the piece and are not considered defects.
- No Refund for Personal Preference: Because every piece is unique, we do not offer returns or refunds simply because the jewelry does not meet personal expectations or preferences.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Damage or Defect Only: Returns and refunds are only applicable for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Not Eligible for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that you decide you do not like or change of mind after receiving them, as each piece is a one-of-a-kind item made specifically for you.
- Timely Reporting: You must report any damage or defect within 2 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return or refund.
Return Shipping Process
- Customer Responsibility: If the item is eligible for a return, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Time Frame for Returns: The item must be shipped back to us within 2 days of receiving it, as outlined in our policy.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged for return shipment to prevent further damage during the process. We are not responsible for any damage caused during the return shipment.
Inspection and Refund Process
- Return Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo an inspection to verify the damage or defect.
- Approval Process: If the item is verified to have significant damage or defects, a refund will be issued for the item price only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we inspect the returned item and confirm the issue. Please allow additional time for your refund to be processed by your payment provider.
