Rubinoo – Return & Refund Policy

At Rubinoo, every jewellery piece is handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind creation, made with care, precision, and attention to detail. Because each design is unique and produced as a single exclusive piece, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

Please read the policy below before making a purchase.


1. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Tags must be intact

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return or refund request, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Video Guidelines:

  • The video must clearly show the sealed packaging being opened

  • It must display the jewellery piece clearly

  • Any visible damage or defect should be shown clearly in the video

Why This Is Required:

The unboxing video acts as proof of the condition of the item at the time of delivery and helps us verify claims fairly and efficiently.

Without a valid unboxing video, return or refund requests cannot be processed.


3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following case:

✔ Damage or Manufacturing Defect

  • The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery

  • Clear photos and the unboxing video must be provided


4. Not Eligible for Return

Because each Rubinoo piece is uniquely handcrafted:

  • ❌ No returns for change of mind

  • ❌ No returns for personal preference

  • ❌ No returns due to slight variations in color, finish, or shape

Handcrafted jewellery may have natural variations. These are not defects but part of the charm and individuality of each piece.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Once approved, place a separate new order

We do not hold pieces, as each design is available as a single exclusive item.


6. Return Shipping

If your return request is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping

  • The item must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery

  • The product must be securely packaged

  • We are not responsible for damage caused during return shipping


7. Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item

  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount

8. Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original condition

  • Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery will void eligibility

  • Altered or worn jewellery is non-returnable

  • If you are unsure about eligibility, contact us before shipping the item back
